The 14-day trial covers the Studio plan only — Starter and Agency are purchased upfront and charged immediately. After the trial, your card is automatically charged for the first month of Studio. If you'd rather not continue, cancel in one click before the trial ends — with no charge at all. Your data stays yours — you can export it at any time.
Yes. A card is required at activation, but we don't charge anything for 14 days. After the trial ends, the card is charged automatically — unless you cancel earlier from the panel (one click).
You get an email with a link to update your card. Stripe retries the charge 3 times over 14 days (Smart Retries). For the first 7 days your account runs in preview (read-only) mode. After 14 days the account is locked — we keep your data for 30 days, so you have time to come back without losing anything.
Cancel in one click from the 'Manage subscription' panel. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No refunds for unused time (standard SaaS practice). Consumers additionally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law — details in the Terms.
Yes. We bill only for active seats in your workspace. Guests (clients in the portal, people with access to public booking links) don't count as users.
Yes, automatically after every payment. Polish companies with a NIP (Polish tax ID) get a VAT invoice. EU customers with an active EU VAT number are settled under reverse charge (0% VAT). Customers outside the EU → export of services, not taxed. Private customers → a receipt.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle — you keep the higher plan's features until then.
